Vital Professionals International is a consultancy firm in healthcare staffing. We exist to assist in bridging the existing knowledge and skill gaps between healthcare labour demand and supply in the different parts of the world. We look at the world of healthcare in the lens that, while some countries have a surplus of healthcare professionals, others are suffocating in shortages.

As such, we train healthcare professionals for the registration exams and certifications that qualify them to work in labour-demand regions. Specifically, we train nurses for the NCLEX-RN Exam, IELTS Certification, NMC-CBT Exam, and other required certifications. With our focus on excellent capacity building program, we believe that nurses in labour-surplus areas will easily transition to demand areas and help ease the demand.
